Ingredients:

  • 200ml Full Cream Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Serving Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/2 a Cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 Banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • 1 Cup of Ice

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together and blend till smooth.

Makes: 500ml
